6. Customer handover
Handover checklist
Section titled “Handover checklist”- Explain what GridVolt controls and what remains under local equipment control.
- Demonstrate how the customer accesses their GridVolt service.
- Explain normal operating states and where to find current site status.
- Provide the approved shutdown and operational contact information.
- Explain what to do before changing network, inverter, battery, or metering equipment.
- Supply the required commissioning and electrical records.
Expected result
Section titled “Expected result”The customer understands the service, support route, and limits of operation. GridVolt and the installer both hold the required commissioning record, and open issues are explicit.
Verify
Section titled “Verify”Obtain handover acceptance using the project’s approved process. Do not mark the site complete while a safety issue or critical commissioning failure remains open.
